Working With Rainbow Willows

Work together 1 to 1 on a weekly, twice weekly, or every other week basis.

There are two session types:

Standard sessions are 50 minutes long and are $150. This includes specific-goal coaching such as life change coaching, and for those who have or who build up somatic skills in a way that their systems will benefit from 50 minute sessions.

Somatic-only sessions (will soon be available!) are 30 minutes long and are $75. These sessions are only available for weekly or twice per week clients to offer your nervous system consistency.

Rainbow Willows Community Group is for queer and questioning neurodivergent folks to come together and discuss topics with a somatic lens.

Is This Group For Me?

This group is great for queer neurodivergent folks who are looking to build community while also building somatic skills and awareness.

We welcome folks of all neurodivergence (including but not limited to autism, ADHD, AuDHD, OCD, and PTSD), and fully honor and embrace self-identified individuals.

Discussion topics are welcomed to be brought forth by the group each meeting. Topics often include conversations around the intersection of queerness and neurodivergence, accommodations and thriving, sexuality, intimacy and dating, exploring embodied authenticity and more.

Bella provides somatic education throughout the group, and emphasizes neuroqueer joy.

Nuts n Bolts:

  • Monthly subscription cost is $20/month, with sliding scale opportunities available. It includes:

    • Monthly 90 minute live Zoom group on the 1st Tuesday of the month

    • 24/7 access to the Rainbow Willows Community via a private group feed (similar to a Facebook group, but entirely private and not searchable!) via the client portal
